About Us
The Midway Atoll Coral Reef Research Project is an integrated, multi-disciplinary program of biological, geological, and oceanographic studies that explore the current state of Midway’s reefs and the processes that shape them. We do field research on the coral reef ecosystem at Midway Atoll, in the Northwestern Hawaiian Islands. Most of us are affiliated with University of California, Santa Cruz, and live in Santa Cruz.
